Model HQ1540S-TS2-TP-SET: 4" x 1-1/4" gray thermoplastic rubber swivel caster on a 1/2"-13 threaded stem, rated 1,200 lb per set of four (300 lb each). Threads into a tapped leg or through a plate hole with a nut and lock washer, so it fits carts, equipment bases, and shop-built frames. Stem lengths of 1", 1-1/2" and 2-3/4". The total lock pedal locks the wheel and the swivel together.

How to use it
Pick the stem length that clears the leg or plate thickness with a nut and lock washer on the far side, then torque it down. Four swivels turn tightest; brakes on two corners hold a loaded cart in place.
