How a PO order works
- Send the order. Use the form below, attach the PO by email to jordan@lonestardollies.com, or build a quote list on any product page and send it in one request.
- We confirm. You get a written confirmation with unit pricing, freight to your dock, and a ship date. Bulk packs ship on pallets; single dollies and supplies go by FedEx or UPS.
- We build and ship. Stock items process the same or next business day. Custom sizes and large runs get a lead time on the confirmation.
Tax exempt or reselling? Send the certificate once on the tax-exempt page and the account checks out without sales tax from then on. Need our W-9 first? Vendor forms.
