Unused dollies in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Damaged, defective, or wrong items are handled separately and faster.
Arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
Inspect the order on arrival and contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos, through the contact page or at (844) 439-4335. We evaluate it and make it right.
30-day returns
Request the return first so we can send a label and instructions; items sent back without a request are not accepted. Custom or special-order dollies cannot be returned. Full terms are in the refund policy.
Built to be repaired, not replaced
- Frames are kiln-dried solid red oak. Under normal use they outlast the casters.
- When casters wear, replacements are available through our sister store, CasterHQ.
Normal wear
Scuffs, dents, and worn wheels from daily commercial use are not defects. Overloading beyond the rated capacity, dragging dollies behind vehicles, or leaving oak outdoors in weather will shorten its life and is not covered.
Made in Mansfield, Texas. If you are ever unsure whether something is covered, ask; the people answering the phone build the dollies.
