Single dollies and small orders
- Orders are processed the same or next business day after payment. Custom or bulk orders can take longer; we tell you at checkout or by email.
- Carriers: FedEx and UPS. Standard ground runs 3 to 7 business days, expedited 1 to 3, freight 5 to 10 for oversized or pallet shipments.
- Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout by size, weight, and destination. We ship to the contiguous United States; contact us for an Alaska, Hawaii, or international quote.
- Damaged or incomplete on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
Bulk packs and freight
- Packs of 25 to 200 ship on pallets by freight. Freight is calculated at checkout for the listed packs.
- Mixed or custom orders: request a quote and we confirm the freight total with the price before you commit.
- Have a dock or forklift? Tell us on the quote form so we can route the shipment correctly.
Custom orders
Custom sizes and branded dollies are built to order. Your quote includes the lead time; nothing is charged until you approve it.
